Roger Frost has taken all the required courses required by the Ontario Building Officials Association to earn the Designation of Certified Building Code Official. Knowledge of both Part 9 and Part 3 of the Ontario Building Code is mandatory. Most Home Inspector’s will only have taken Part 9 Building Envelope and Structure. WETT Certified Inspections for Wasaga Beach
WETT stands for Wood Energy Technology Transfer. These WETT certified inspections are often required by home insurance companies when a property being insured has a wood burning appliance.
When a WETT Inspection is completed as part of Home Inspection the fee is only $75.00 per appliance.

Flue Pipes and Thimbles – visually inspect for proper clearance and installation
Appliance – visually inspect for defects or missing parts
