As part of your home inspection the Innisfil Home inspector starts on the exterior of your new home and examines all landscaping, sidewalks, decks, windows, doors, roof, gutters and trim.  The drainage of water from roofs and sump pumps etc is also evaluated.

The basement of your home typically contains most of your home main system components, such as: heating, plumbing, HRV, sump pumps, drains, structural supports and electrical panels and wiring.

We will removed electrical panel cover if any work has been added to panel. Ensure all joist hangers are fully nailed and the properly rated nails are used. The plumbing supply and drain system will be inspected to ensure proper connections and fittings are used.

After working our way through the home into the attic we then review all our findings with the potential buyers. A computerized report is then generated which will include all pictures taken during the home inspection.
